Since we have reviewed our products extensively and thoroughly inspected our product before it leaves our shop, we are sure that our hair extensions are fit for the love of a HAIR CRUSH! We are sure that you will LOVE your new HAIR CRUSH Investment. In the case that you do not, we gladly offer a Money Back Guarantee. Up to 7 days after the date that USPS shows it was available to you for pick up,  you may return it for a refund minus shipping costs and $20 processing fee. If you chose to exchange your hair you are responsible for the shipping costs to get the hair back to you. Please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will then, at the discretion of our Staff, authorize your return with mailing suggestions and/or instructions. You can exchange the hair or have a store credit. Please include your original invoice, all packaging, and items included in your original package.  Unless we have made an error on your order, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. On the seventh day, if your package hasn't reached us, it will be refused and returned to you. There will be no exceptions for the 7 day time allotment.  In the case that we do make an error, we are happy to correct it by exchanging your hair at no cost at all to you. It is highly recommended that you ship your package as trackable and with insurance to protect your investment. Using USPS, insurance fees are nominal. In order for you to receive your refund (not including shipping) or store credit, the hair will have to be in it's original state and it's original packaging along with your original invoice.  The hair must be in its original unaltered weft bindings. The hair must not be shampooed, conditioned, styled with heat tools,signs of application or install, cut, colored, or chemically altered in any way. Once we have received your return and confirm its original state mentioned, we will then process your return or exchange within 5-7 days.It may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank.  If an exchange is honored, you will be responsible for the new shipping fees incurred. Store credits will be valid for one calendar year from the date of its issuance.  If at any time your hair arrives to us in the states mentioned,  its weft ties have been cut, or colored or chemically altered; your warranty will be voided.

We do not guarantee hair once it has been chemically altered in any way. If we feel that it may have been we will let our Cosmetologist inspect the hair and determine its condition.
